It becomes where everything, we have is because we are self sufficient. Nothing really comes from our Lord ,but look at me I have made this happen. I have only because I worked hard for what have. Then we don’t see it as a blessing from our Lord. We gave ourselves the credit,then we become selfish,like a dog with a bone. This I worked hard to get it.The next step to greediness. I think the point of getting angry, though, is still part of self-discipline and self-control. It's a real struggle for all of us.

I teach high school, just a small group of kiddos in my rural remote school in Alaska. We have discussed the pronoun topic. None of my students are at that level, being rural remote has it's up-side right there. We understand that sometimes a child may be born with both genders and God would lead them through identification. My teenagers feel the fad that is going on at this point does not have a true biological foundation, but is a fad. My students felt that respect is key, however. One of my teen girls said, "Our generation has just created yet something else to be anxious about and there is no need to do that."

Thank you for this, Pastor. I went to a karate tournament last night and got 3rd place. It was quite a humbling experience, as I had gotten 1st place at the previous tournament. Losing taught me a lot more than winning did, and I think it takes a lot more strength to get up after a loss than a win. It just means there is room for improvement. The scars and joys of life I believe God brings to us for a reason. God bless you.
