Basic skills -- Mod Podge as a foam basecoat / Glue discussion
A slow and fairly pointless explanation of how to put glue on foam and how to mix it with paint as well as listing glue types that everyone already knows, followed by watching the aforementioned glue dry.

I have latex paint that I want to use with Modpodge for Model Railroad scenery, latex house paint is so much cheaper than acrylic, and I have lots of foam scenery to do. Will this mix with Latex paint?
