We have a studio complete, we cleaned up a commercial building we owned and utilized existing plumbing and electrical fixtures to build cold and hot baths and two commercial made sauna (IR and Traditional). We have been ready to open shop for over 6 months. Our city is struggling with giving us a business license, they aren’t sure if we need ADEQ approval, and ADEQ is requesting drawings and schematics by a special licensing contractor for commercial swimming pools. I would be very interested in hiring either of you for insight and guidance on how to overcome this.

Wearing masks in a sauna.... extra ridiculous. If you wear headphones for an hour, the bacteria in your ears increases 700%. What happens in a mask? Fo some research slaves.

Another venue I am going to have to use and enjoy! I honestly don’t really understand why there are not loads more destination venues to do this activity. Good for you, promotes bonding time with loved ones and:or friends, and is such a vibe! Not sure if they have a cold plunge too. Will have to check it out. Watched the floating barge venue in Duluth and got to say for me jumping off that top deck platform into naturally cold water sounds divine!

Definitely want to come check this floating sauna out! Stay in the local hotel, eat some good food, see the lights, enjoy the sauna, jump off that awesome platform! I think this looks like a marvelous venue for a getaway weekend! Nice work to all who made it happen!

Hi , love this sauna! I'm wondering where you source your CLT from? Is it imported or are there companies in the U.S. producing it now?

How old, I mean, when that jump tower have built? K-point?

Buyer Beware, HUUM did not cover factory warranty defects under 1 year. Out $3k for HUUM Drop 9kw. I installed a top-of-the-line 9kw HUUM Drop sauna with WIFI in June of 2023. It worked well with standard use, until one of the heating elements burned out prematurely at 6 months. HUUM agreed to send replacement elements covered under the factory warranty. After installing the new heating elements, the unit worked twice then caught fire and destroyed the heater completely. The replacement heating elements not only burned out but caught fire, as did the entire inside of the sauna heater unit. The sauna heater was destroyed. I sent detailed pictures to HUUM to file a claim. After 1 week they informed me that my claim was denied for 2 unsupported reasons. First, that I had placed stones underneath the element separator. Something that I had not done which was supported in pictures sent. Second, the electricity was not installed properly which was also not correct. The unit was installed by a certified electrician who followed all guidelines provided. HUUM said that their decision was final. Too bad, so sad! I am now out $3k and forced to buy a brand-new sauna heater. Since the company is based out of Estonia, there is little to nothing that I can do other than to post my story for others to know what they could be dealing with if you run into issues with your HUUM sauna.

Question about the CLT. It seems to be devoid of any vapour barrier. Is it suited for use in saunas when they produce such high humidity? Also strange to see the interior lining laid directly onto the structure with no air gap. T&G boards would suffer a bit with all that humidity. Could you offer some explanation as to why these wouldn't be concerns
