Nope, 725 StreetPasses, pretty unlucky. We also don't know the odds yet, so I don't know how likely it is to get Pandanoko to appear. I've seen anywhere from 1% - 0.1% but we'll see.

Exactly! I 100% recommend Cynake for any item drops including the ones for the 4 Kyubi quests and fusion items. Specifically the Buff Weight, GHz Orb, Platinum Bar, Love Buster, Love Scepter, Drop of Joy, Cracked Crystal, Crystal Shard, and the gems. Keep in mind, the Holy Blade only comes from wisps in the Orcanos fight, which means Cynake's skill does not help and Pandanoko's skill would be better (If you have one and can beat Orcanos with one on your team)

Just enter terror time. If you have ever beaten Ogralus, then you have a chance for Orcanos to spawn as the boss of terror time

I'm sorry for not including that! When you talk to Mr. Zen to choose what yo-kai and items to fuse, press Y. there is also a button at the bottom that says "(Y) Recipe"

Yes, but it requires a specific setup with 2 systems and a cartridge version. You could also use the downloaded version if you have it on both. I'll make a video on it when I get the equipment to record the video.
