Every day, teachers and staff at Mountain Mission School act with a single purpose in mind: to provide refuge, resources and relief for children in need. Students often come to the school from unstable households, environments of political unrest or poverty. But once enrolled at MMS, they’re free to be whoever they want to be - no matter where they came from.
“Students have the opportunities to participate in athletics, different clubs, youth groups, a little bit of everything,” said Jessica Hertzog, MMS Vice President and Director of Education. “They feel safe and secure that they are able to experience peace and happiness in this environment.”
