I recently used a relaxer that was made for gray hair. My hair was straighter then most of the other relaxers I have used but it was also much more green. I have watched your video but could you please tell me the steps you took. You stated that you use the developer before the neutralizing shampoo so I am wondering, do you use the straightner and then rinse and then use the developer and then the neutralizing shampoo?

Sweetheart her hair should have been much straighter than that, It will look good now but in a week or more it will look like a curly afro, When you give a good straighten your curls will come out silky and stay that way! just a lil food for thought!💕

You should be more gentle in detangling her hair. And, you should not be placing the comb mid shaft nor near her roots when first combing a section. You should create the section like you did, hold the section of hair and gentle start dangling from the end, working your way up to the roots.
