Owning a homestead is a brilliant idea, but the hidden costs of starting such a venture are often overlooked. In this video, I’ll provide some rough estimates of the expenses involved in this project, sharing the costs we've incurred so far in no particular order. I plan to release a final Excel sheet of our total building costs once it's fully compiled. I hope you find this helpful. #viralvide...

Hi Mr mudimu so how can we cut the middle man Kuma bricks uko😊
Kuma bricks if you have the opportunity and time I would say just go to the factories that make the different types of bricks and buy from them directy. Don't Entertain anyone middleman , you will he charged extra. Also look for the owners of the transport or at least hire trucks through their official offices not from drivers.

Great cooking. A good cook/chef improvises and always comes up with new recipes and food ideas. Well done! I enjoy watching your building and cooking content.
Thank you so much Soko for your kind words 🙂
I'd line the inside with gyprock sheeting with insulation between the outside and the internal... or even a mini-corrugated iron sheeting. We do this in Australia. I've seen it.
Wow, thats new to me but i really see the way you explained it that it will be a well insulated cabin. I would love to try it on my next project.
What a brilliant 👏 👌 🙌 young man, just shows you our young people need opportunity. Wish him all the success in life 🙏 💯 ✨️
I was amazed,, the boy has street wise and also well informed when it comes to bricks and even made recommendations that paid off for me. I had no option but to reward him, he really helped

Thank you for sharing. Please your bricks price was it including transport?
I had to look for my own transport since Beta bricks couldn't offer me transport and the transport cost from Mt Hampden to Domboshava was at $80 USD for 5000 bricks.

Just wondering on the road issue did you seek approval to fence from Goromonzi Council? I heard a complaint about a similar case in one of the Groups.
This was not a road , people would drive through our land jus5 because it was easy for them to navigate in their, then we fenced our space, thankfully everyone knew it wasn't the road, it was just a convenient pass
