One piece of advice that my piano instructor told me to do was in the difficult places to play them really fast repeatedly in several note increments at a time. This helps ingrain the notes into the player's head. I'm not sure if that's what you've been doing already. Either way, you are dong a fantastic job at the piece. Bach might have written this for his 10 year old son, but here I am at almost 24 and still haven't gotten this piece completely worked out. It's a HUGE challenge, but also really fun once you start to get the hang of it.
