DONT DO IT!!! I bought a Century Complete home and it’s almost as if they made everything work for 365 days! I’m two years in and I have water damage from poor framing at my back door (an issue that was supposed to be corrected after my walk through). They refuse to fix it. the vinyl is separating and lifting in several spots throughout the downstairs clearly showing the poor patch work that the flooring company did…so many other issues! All of the staff were compulsive liars and yeah, I’m stuck with a mess! Nash County,
