That's a fanmade Pokemon game that you can play online. The gameplay follows the storylines of 5 regions from kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, and Unova :D. One of these days, I'll make a PVP video in that game.

Sunflora should be placed in a Sun team or with Pokémon that set up Sunny Day, ability: Chlorophyll. The best move set would be: Earth Power, Solar Beam, Weather Ball, Sludge Bomb.

And regarding the evs, I put them all in Hp and speed or Hp and some defense or both defenses, because she doesn't have a good physical defense and she will certainly have to withstand blows from that side..@@PokeCrain
