Oh wait my bad, didnt realize u meant single target. Thought you were talking about skill tree. I use the same exact loadout if you are able to fight close range single target. But if you have to fight long range then I replace relentless anger with tonado pull and beserk with infuriate since beserk only does damage close range.

I heard that it might be intended. It just caught me off guard when I wasn't getting the full totem ticks even though I did not reach the amount of hits stated on the artifact. But if it do change then I'll make a follow up

ATP, I’m just going to assume everything these devs due is to make things look good on paper for immediate cash grab and there’s a reason Obsidian Chill hasn’t posted a video testing this artifact. He’ll be removed from Creator League.

Well, adding more issues to the game isn’t going to make the game any better. They need to fix it. It’s a new artifact and the value just to buy artifacts is 200 dollars for an art to be bugged. Not to mention gorilla aspect is also bugged because it has an internal cooldown. There’s no excuses they can make for the reason behind gorilla aspect having an internal cooldown.

I didn’t spend any money lol, just had a bunch of nth metal laying around from playing the game and metal detectors. And it doesn’t seem likely that they’ll bring double art xp back so I just ranked up this artifact

??? Upgraded the Art to Rank 200... Used the Nth Metal I had accumulated... and some Destiny Tokens. Did not need "that kind of money".

@@Shadow497 oh wow, if the artifact is intended to proc off of strategist card to then it really isn’t worth leveling up. I read thats supposed to work with only powers or weapon combos so I did not expect it to count with strategist card to. Quizlet does good passive damage along with mega blast every 5 seconds that’s hits 20k each target for 5 targets so basically 100k free damage every 5 seconds. I have gotten the new artifact to get some good damage procs tho. The one thing this art has is that the damage increases along with your stats if you are buffed which isn’t the case with quizlet. But I agree with you, this artifact is not worth dropping other dps arts for it right now.

@@HiHi-yk1mv Using quizlet I hover around 5mil to 5.7mil but after playing around with some loadouts, I gotten 5.3m to 6m running the new artifact but it is only slightly higher. One good thing about this art tho is that it somewhat scales with your stats which quizlet does not do, so in missions where you are buffed or have a troll you do a lot more damage than you would with quizlet since quizlet is based on your cr. But I still dont think it is that much better than quizlet to spend xp and seals on it unless another double art xp comes along.

300 dollars on 1 artifact is the greatest scam in da gaming world. And u need 3-7 artifacts! They only get away with this cuz the game is underground. If it was popular mfs would be putting this game on blast for scamming. Even the biggest games only charge 50 bucks to 100 at most. This game is ridiculously expensive with over 2000 dollars to get artifacts or u will always be weak at the end game compared to other players

@@roboninja3194 Good thing I didn’t spend money, just been saving up a couples years worth of xp and the monthly destiny tokens so I didn’t have to buy anything extra.

@@patrickprec777 yea getting an artifact from 0-200 from scratch is expensive and ridiculous. I got all my arts to 200 by saving every piece of nth metal and and dumping it all on double art xp week. But it seems like they plan to stop doing double xp because the last one was over a year ago and the fact that they added Wolfpack tokens. So currently ranking up arts take an eternity which I’m not a fan of.

Now i just up ny alt art till 120 then call it ay, im no longer want to rank over 120, its tedious, and very unrewarding.

@@bapporrr right now I feel like it’s slightly better than quizlet because if are buffed and the damage from the new artifact will increase with your stats. Quizlet damage will stay the same because it scales with CR and not your stats. But I don’t think it is worth spending xp to replace it for quizlet right now unless they fix a problem with it.

​@icrazygomo2619 you'd lose damage seeing how you'd be might. This is a hybrid art meaning you'd have to use might and prec. So if you you aren't using weapon mastery often you won't get the might buff. And you need to use might abilities to get the prec buff.

It’s better than Quislet

Yea the artifact behaves a little bit off with any dot attack but especially with strategist card which is one of the most used artifacts. I’m going to make a forum post soon. Just a little bit busy at the moment.

@@BabyR1O No. right now it’s a little bit glitched with the strategist card artifact where the strat card will steal damage from the new artifacts and you end up not doing as much damage as you should. It’s my new video. So as of right now I don’t think you should level it but if it changes then you can.

Seeing how you're prec and imm assuming your not using might abilities for damage you'd miss half the point of the art. Now if you're actually clipping might powers at the end for damage purposes aka a hybrid build it would be more beneficial.

@@Shadow497is using a weapon buff mandatory for this art? Or can I use all might abilities with SP spec into prec and all prec augs

@icrazygomo2619 no it's not mandatory but it makes no sense to not use it. You want to get the maximum out of it so buffing your weapon would help. You can do the testing for yourself with your loadout but it sounds like more of a might build without it vs a hybrid build.

I think it's only good for prec. Might loadouts would not be able to use the artifact as well as it could compared to precision so they are better off using xp on other artifacts

I haven’t seen it all but from the looks of it, Might players will get left in the dust running this art. Every time Shark Aspect Procs you get nothing out of the deal as pure might. You’re only benefiting when Lion and Gorilla 🦍 procs!

Yea gadget is pretty power heavy, I tried including a rotation that makes power a bit easier to come by but if you don't have stuff like mods and allies leveled up then it these loadouts wont be as effective. If you want to switch powers you can go to munition since it does high damage but doesn't consume a lot of power.

@@topplemap5637 I guess if I say i don't have power issues with the little "rotation" i was using i made....with gadgets I must be doing something wrong.

It’s a power from the super speed movement, got to be super speed to get it

I’m jump canceling it to, I do it so I can get rid of the animation so I can get back to doing shuriken storm. More damage comes from it

its a lot of clipping which can be fun if you want to switch it up but after a while of using it gets boring because there's only 3 weapon combos out of 100+ that are worth using (brawling shuriken storm, dual wield flurry shot, and one handed flurry)

Yea power is a bit tricky to maintain, you can use cyborg, oracle bot, superpowered spec, and power efficiency chest mod to try to save as much power as you can but there will be a bit of a damage loss.

There are times where you will run out of power but being super powered spec and having cyborg really helps. You should be good with power in pretty much every mission you do. The single target rotation I showed is still power hungry so you can replace the stealth abilities in the single target load-out to the ones I have in AOE load-out to save power.

Once oracle bot new passive comes out you should have zero issues.

Thanks for the feedback but I already switched my power to gadget like a week after this video lol. But I’ve tried like every single load out including the one you said. Your load out does do a bit more damage but the power consumption was insane with ebon so I switched a couple powers in the load out. Thanks again for commenting
