To everyone wondering, the Village shopping center did survive the fires mostly intact, and I believe The Gardens did as well. ❤ But starting around 14:55, just about all those homes (if not all) to the right along Monument St burned.

It’s difficult to believe it’s all gone to ash absolutely heartbreaking !

18:18 God, immaculate. Don't visit Melbourne. They lost taking care of their city years ago. Graffiti everywhere. Weeds growing all over major roads. Huge logs in some areas near bushland about to slide onto roads. (Which I have personally reported but 9 months on are still there). Potholes in major Freeways, the size of which would easily cause castrophic tire damage and in turn a horrific accident. Yet the taxes here are amongst the highest in the world 🤔 My heart goes out to everyone in this beautiful well maintained town 😮 You will rebuild 💯🙏🌹
