How do you suggest tracking multiple SMARTIES?
Great question! If you are in a workplace that automates it's performance management in a HRIS system such as ADP, or Paycom, there is a goal setting feature where you can track multiple goals. If you are like me and don't have an HRIS system you can use a Project management system such as free version of Smart Sheets for Excel or free trial of Asana as each goal is tied to a project. For example I have one for UA-cam to set up a reminder - weekly check in with content management plan to track progress. I've set up reminder in my calender as well. Hope that helps! Dora
