Bit dumb mate you can't get diabetes from eating one chocolate a day you would need to eat multiple each day with other added fats/ unhealthy diet over a VERY long period of time and probably would have to be overweight to even have a high risk of having type 2 diabetes. Also you think your cool or something for saying "diabetes 4" because she has a chocalate calender be logical that calender alone wouldn't cause type 2 diabetes let alone a whole new disease.
