@@toohollywoodforgaming4107 as you know go through the basics re-verify delete the app data delete the user profiles I recommend saving a copy so you can refer back to it when you go to reset all your settings... And if that's not working just make sure all your drives are updated or if they did update that they didn't break it somehow...

Try not using Vulkan if you experience that amny crashes i didnt even have one crash but i also just use DLSS without vulkan.

You cant polish a turd and stop calling a turd even if the patch is better this stuff should have been fixed 5 years ago. The gameplay loops in this game do not even function. Look at what no mans sky accomplished with no where near the money and no where near the staff. This game is a shiny polished turd. Believe me as a 2013 investor and someone who has owned every single game Chris roberts ever made this is a huge disappointment all around. So you can live in a state of sunk cost fallacy and justify how "good" the new patch is vs last patch it still should be much farther along and have at least focused on basic functional gameplay loops. But they still just want to sell extremely overpriced ships and keep pushing new stuff out without actually just making the 1 system fun to play in and functional all around. Then add. Common sense does not exist with CIG just the desire to rake in the cash for a non functional turd thats now 11 years old. IT looks amazing has some key features but as a game goes total trash.

@@Draceb no mans sky has been in development for 14 years so far. From a game studio with pervious titles released. In not saying CIG is prefect, but you should really do your research and stat analysis before assuming you are right.

@@jeffrbake Actually you should do your research no mans sky lost everything in a flood before turning to Sony and having to rebuild the game right before release. Hence why they even joined in with Sony, and they had 1 very small time release nothing like no mans sky. Then after a very rocky launch they recovered gloriously. Making a game that for free kept and still keeps growing. So your argument is baseless. They had No mans sky functional and in good shape 2 years after a really bad release and having lost the game in the flood. CIG has been at it pre kickstarter 2013 and Chris has been making these games since wing commander. Anyone who has played Freelancer can see that SC is just a fancy version of Freelancer. Stat analysis that's amusing..... i am right CIG and SC could be great could have been great but its utter trash and maybe will be a solid game in 2030 like the memes said jokingly back in 2016. @@Draceb 1) It is fact that the average game studio takes 10 years on average to release their first title. If SQ42 comes out next year, they are right in line. 2) Counting from the day the Kickstarter ended is silly. They had no developers, no office and no product. 3) Switching to lumberyard cost lots of time. 4) CIG was dealing with a frivolous lawsuit for the better part of a year 5) No Man's Sky is a vastly different game than Star Citizen in both scope and detail. CIG is working on server tech way beyond anything NMS did. Look, I can go on. It's clear you have a bias. Nothing I say will change that. As a developer, I have my own concerns with CIG's management of things. But I see lots of progress every month.

If you didn't notice he stood there waiting for a train that said it was coming in 2 seconds and never came (watch the start). Yes this is an old bug, like the elevator bug but I can't recommend the game in this buggy state. I've said it before, I want the dev team that writes the ingame code to spend 6 months polishing current code. The fact that trams are still that bugged after over 4 years is insane and they wanna run ingame events? That's the dumbest thing ever, lets run events for an early alpha game that over half of the player base stops playing after a few days every patch because of bugs. I've been a backer since 2014 and have played on and off since 2016. I remmeber the ramp deaths, stair deaths, airlock cycle failures, the game acting like my helmet isn't on and so on. Yes we've come a long way since that but you still have dumb deaths that make no sense and wase hours of your life. Example: I was walking through a store on MT and died for no reason, like I was playing 6 years ago. That took me about 15min to reset and get going from there. I could play 5 games of splatoon in that time! I also died on an elevator also yesterday on MT for no reason.

@@Vandius24 This. One of my greatest gripes with this game is that the devs are moving forward writing code over buggy code. This game can generously be called alpha, tbh its more of a tech demo.

@@Vandius24 that is not game related that is due to server related problems. every PATCH people ride the waves of these patches and the AWS server get loaded. has nothing to do with the game. anything that is server side is effected. workaround don't play peak hours. or around new patches.

games been in a stable fun-to-play state like 3-4 times in it's entire development (post PU release, arena commander and racing was fun when it was all we had). Yes a lot of the changes in this patch are for the better, but the fact that the experience is actually worse than it was months ago is still a fact.

It is a hard life solo on a Reclaimer, But I have to say it was fun.... Also Happy Thanksgiving
