I'm glad you liked that. And I'm currently working on an even bigger project for Elden ring. So far I'm ok. The gmail account that I use still works. And as long as nothing else bad happens I should be fine. But... we know how things go in our world. Should always be ready for more.

I agree on the investment part. In the past, before Cata, I loved the fact that achievements, toys, mounts and all that were character-only. Made you love and cherish the character who've got them. After they made all of that account-wide, it all changed forever. Sadly as you called it 'fleeting experience' is what devs themselves see this game to be and this is how it is designed ever since. A whole bunch of fleeting experiences. A raid and all of the gear you've got from it becomes irrelevant the next major patch. It's been for years like this, and I suppose majority of the game's current player base have accepted and enjoy this treatment of progression. Otherwise they wouldn't be playing, I suppose. What held me in retail WoW was mostly the roleplay. Without it I'd quit long ago by myself. Now, as for your criticism... I thank you for it, but none of your points are valid for me. I've designed the length and size of the chat boxes according to what I personally find enjoyable to read. I'm a slow reader so I measured the time they stay on screen judging by how long it takes for me to read them. I tried to make them larger in the sense of containing 3-4 sentences. But that lead to my eyes being forced to glue to the chat box instead of seeing the rest of the screen. With my current chat boxes and the length of them staying on screen, you can read the text quickly and enjoy the gameplay/scenery/whatever I choose to show to you. The video itself is not meant to be a thrilling high pace ride. By the way, I tried to watch it on x2 and... yeah, I dunno how you can find enjoyment from that. The audio and music turns into unlistenable mess. I've spent a lot of time picking the right tracks, you know? You're meant to listen to them while reading the story. I like slow pace of narrative in general. I love slow scenes of dialogue in action films. It's just how I am - I've found my pace and I'll stick to it. I always found jokes about younger generation having ADHD mostly as just that - jokes. But... according to your comment, perhaps there's some truth in them. Sometimes it's fine to just relax, sit back and to take things without a rush. As for TTS... I'm been thinking about it. But so far I couldn't find a good program which doesn't also demand payment per 1k words or something. I want to remind, by the way, that I can't pay for any foreign services anymore. For the same reason I can't pay for WoW sub. And of course nobody will ever hear my real voice. I hate it myself and I'm not subjecting anyone to the nightmare of it. In conclusion, an advice.. If you don't enjoy watching a video and feel like clicking off - do that. Perhaps my content just isn't for you.

​@@DMPSITIDS yes, the only reason i played is because i was able to play alone, play my own way, they now say you will play this char, this way and only this way, if you deviate from the course they set, you are 100% guaranteed to fail unless by some chance you manage to get carried through most of the game at which point you may as well play gw2.

Thank you! Yeah I was considering private servers. The problem is... what usually holds a person in an MMO are other people, guild and friends. And the guild I'm in for already many years is still there, still active. My friends still play. If i go to a private server it would be a fresh start from scratch. It just doesn't feel like something I want to go through at the moment. We'll see how things go. It's possible that eventually sanctions will drop and we'll get back to norm. I want to play WoW officially. I'm used to it and there are people who I know. And if not... Well, I feel free now. I've got plans for other games, for example I want to continue making stuff for Elden ring. I had a huge in-character playthrough that I've stopped a couple of years ago because I wanted to wait for DLC, to get the full lore picture. Not only I want to continue it, I actually strongly consider rebooting it, making it 100 times better.

FF14 is in my sights, but it's a low priority. Elden ring DLC is my main target now, and after it I want to try V-rising. Ooor to do another Conan exiles playthrough. Gladly I have things to do. It's just sad I can't play with my WoW pals.

@@buckelorc It wasn't one of those moments when i felt in danger, but yes, I've dropped the first fight with Trey (Mid of Ep13) because I was afraid of the respawns. I didn't have any CDs and pots, but I could beat him by simply kiting him and bandaging. Respawns would easily put an end to that. So I bailed and regrouped.

Mobs respawn terribly fast in that area and I knew that if I try to run I'll most likely run into someone. Plus some of them can use net. I knew that trying again would just be teasing fate so I never did.

@@darksh1ne1 It sounds like you know this game inside and out! Have you ever lost a hardcore character before? Everyone I've known who's tried that mode has done so at least once, no matter how good they are.

(I kinda forgot about it during making of this final video, so I didn't even count that one) And finally there was another Miradel who perished in Westfall to the Defias pillagers at lvl 15. And yeah I know Classic questing really well, simply because I did this so many times in the past ^^ The end game is not as clear to me, I mostly explored it in TBC and Wrath while farming those mats for the Insane achievement, mounts and other stuff.

I could, I was thinking about that. But I just don't want to bother anymore. I hate Blizzard too much to keep playing right now. The only thing that would make me reconsider is a personal letter from Blizzard with apology and several years of pre-payed sub as compensation. I'm joking of course. I've watched Blizzard presentations throughout these years. They're oozing with politics and 'current thing', so I wouldn't be surprised that the truth is - some pro-Ukraine employee stirred up a fuss about "Those pesky Russian players are still playing the game! They should be on the streets protesting" or something, and pushed for the closer of gifts. I truly see no other reason why they would do that. They wonder why their numbers are getting low while losing entire countries worth of players. China, Russia - both were HUGE part of playerbase. Now fully gone.

@@darksh1ne1 Yeah, I've played on Moon Guard, the American equivalent of Argent Dawn EU. On the internet we'd always hear stories about how both of our servers were really similar despite being inaccessible to the other, similar population, similar goldshire, similar guilds and events, and both kind of became THE major RP servers as the other RP servers kind of died.
