Guys, i have the exact same config (GPU, AMOUNT OF RAM, THE RAM MHz) except from the CPU, mine is a i5 9600kf. My game runs like 60 70fps on 1080p low. At medium its dont pass further 40fps. Is my CPU the cause of this?

hi! i hope you can reply to my comment and maybe you have some ways out for my problem. I use Ideapad Flex 5 with specs: i7-1165G7, Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics 8gb. I play valo with fps range around 50-80. I only get 80 in the range and while in game i only get around 40-60. Is this normal? Or is there something wrong or some settings that i should check and adjust? Please i need your help T_T (*For more information: I use external monitor; I already set my limit fps on valo 'off'; the laptop dont really get overheat (more like a normal heat)).
