Michelle Stafford(Phyllis) finally became a mother in 2009. However it was a complicated process. She had to have a surrogate because she discovered that she wasn't capable of carrying a baby to term and because she's single, she had to use artificial insemination from an anonymous donor. But she finally became a mother, she has a daughter, her name is Natalia and you can definitely see the resemblance.
