I was telling about the knees, but secretly thinking in my heart and mind that this does not still open up as it should be, then this comes to me from the Universe. Truly great teacher. But please don't blindly claim that yogasan can cure all disease. As you can see even the great teachers have arthritis and tummies when they grow old.
