@@ADD_nerding2747 100%. It’s my go-to map for just about anything. But I know the route to the bridge extract by heart now so I can consistently extract that way.

So apparently there’s a hidden armor pool on a lot of these units in addition to their health pool. The working theory is that you have to chew through the armor before you can get at the HP, but unlike the HP, your armor damage is determined by your _caliber._ This is why 40mm HE appears to shred through most of the tanky units with relative ease compared to just about any other weapon: it’s the highest caliber round you can get in the game currently _and_ it deals the most damage per shot. If this is indeed how it works, I sincerely hope they overhaul that system entirely in the near future. It’s extremely clunky and not at all how ballistics and explosives work IRL.

@Daniel-dk9zu it came up with "Europa Merkova Body Tank" when I tagged it, but yeah maybe its not 🤷‍♀️ it has corpse's draped over it. This vid was the result of trying for 6+ hours for it to actually get destroyed. It usually spawns, but just sits there and isn't targeted

@kaluth7668 are you carrying anything? Upgraded weapons etc, I think I had explosives in my rig which usually makes you a target. I think with the tanks firing at eachother you are much less a target. Usually the big mechs don't pay you any attention if you use the base weapons

@Zool6693 My PC: i9 10850k, 64gbDDR4 ram @ 3200MHz, NVMe SSD, Radeon RX 7900XT 3440x1440 The FPS are usually 60+, sometimes heavy combat 40ish :) Game settings I have most on ultra, I reduced post processing, anti aliasing, shadows and reflections I think

I haven't touched this game in ages, but what I did was enter fakie, looks like a nollie kickflip with a backside 360 rotation. for it to be a "full cab" its a 360 rotation, then you need to get the flip trick in and make sure its a backside 360 so rotating towards your back. You can practice getting it nailed outside the mission, this one took me the longest to make right

That is a very legitimate concern, it can't take much damage, and of course is a "starter" ship. It is super maneuverable though, if you are a decent pilot it can handle some trades. Buy yeah definitely not a dedicated fighter, more it can handle itself a lot better than an Aurora or Mustang in a similar situation

It's about choosing fights, and depends on the small ship pilot. Ares are slow moving and yes outmatched by a good pilot in a smaller ship, but that's not their role, the Ares are designed to be hard hitters against larger ships, not smaller ones. Still it is fun to get a burst on pilots in PvP, does a lot of damage and with a couple missiles you might get a kill on your first pass

Frustrating, have you tried re-downloading the wallet? Maybe web-wallet would be easier. I think the 1st passphrase is optional, and you need to have at least 1 passphrase

Yep still in-game as far as I know. I tried out 3.17.2 PTU and still there. Not sure if it is obtainable with aUEC yet tho

@@bjornjohhanson9193 darn, that is lame! My understanding of in-game ship availability is that the ship is normally purchasable with aUEC 2 patches after the ship becomes flyable in-game. Who knows how/why CIG do things anymore .. erkul.games is another great source for in-game availability and locations if you haven't heard of that

Heh, I honestly can't tell tone here. I am ok with 30-50 fps in 3440x1440, it looks great for me. Running a mid tier PC, 32gb ram, i5, 6700xt for this. My better gpus are mining :) I used to care about maximising fps, now I am more happy to check out SC progress every few months and make a short clip here and there

@@percival5771 of course! I was using a 6800xt for gaming a few months back, made 20-40fps difference depending on where I was in SC, but these days I am happy to run at 30+ fps on a big monitor. I am sure there will be many many more system upgrades needed as SC progresses, and GPU / system tech improves. Might get a 40 series for SC depending on prices! I do enjoy buttery smooth 100+ in 3440x1440...

@@ADD_nerding2747 what’s your CPU brother? I’m running a 3070, which is lower tier than a 6800xt, but i get around 20 more frames than you’re saying. Perhaps you have a CPU/SSD bottleneck? Edit: ah nvm, you’re running 4k, I’m in 2k.

@@WolfedOut Yep, it's not bad considering. Im also using a 6700xt currently (should update my description!) and 3070's are solid! I'd be happy with a 3060 for SC to be honest, they are optimising more and more lately and performance is getting better

Thanks! The only upgrade is the Quantum drive to the fastest mil-spec (XL-1), other than that the Ares is great, since the missiles are now fixed. Previously the tracking on the Arrester III's was broken and I would swap them out for Thunderbolt III's for the EM tracking, but no longer need to! If you don't mind quantum speed and prefer efficiency it is a great stock loadout, one of the best IMO

Hey, I'm now using the latest drivers from the AMD software. I only install drivers though, clean install with driver only. AMD software causes instability, I would recommend using MSI for tuning

nope unfortunately not, you need a stratum server and port to connect to. I believe whales is https and you can't find a port anywhere. I have been getting more shares on Icemining anyway, they seem to be much more stable and reliable than whales

@@ADD_nerding2747 it actually got supported today but it's over tcp and ping is bad to that server, getting 1% stales/rejected

@@St0RM33 good to know! I'll stick with Ice, spread that hash out. And the constant stales worry me, haven't had that level of stales on any other Ton pool

TeamRedMiner states that currently Icemining + Toncoinpool are supported. Yep I agree, TRM let's you set your clocks in the batch file and is much more stable that way

From Icemining? They have an auto payout every 24h once you reach 1 ton, I would wait for the next 24h cycle then contact support from the website. You may have missed the current payout timer

Yeah I've been having stability issues with the 6600 non xt. I use my eth oc's which is 1900 mem MHz, default timing, and about 1100 core. Seems to be good there and the eth hashrate is about 28.4 mh/s and ton 400 gh/s. If I add any more core clock it will run for about 5 mins at full eth hashrate ~29.05 mh/s and can get to around 800-900 on ton then will seem to throttle with core voltage dropping and power reducing resulting in around 25 mh on eth. Reducing the core clock to near 1000 seems to stop this from happening. I have tried adding a bit more power via AMD sw and MPT but that doesn't help

any luck dual-mining on the 6600 non-xt? I have given up, and set it to only mine eth. I can't get a stable dual overclock, even with minimal core and going less on memory the card seems to switch to a failsafe and cuts it's power when dual mining

@@张雨-r3b thanks, I have tried similar settings. The card loses power and hashrate and is unstable, settling around 25mh/s eth and 200 mh/s ton which really isnt worth it, might be unstable vram / silicon lottery and I just have a bad card. I'm glad some are working!

@@ADD_nerding2747 GMINER2.8非常稳定，我的N卡之前用LOLminer一直不稳定，最近更新了GMINER2.8我的N卡全部换了GMINER，非常的稳定两天了都没掉过，但是GMINER目前不支持AMD，等GMINER更新支持AMD了，我会把这台跑不了的6600用GMINER试试
