Nice video, keep making such videos
@jaydeep-p thanks mate. Appreciate the comment. I will keep trying best 👍🏽
I don't like peacoats. Make my legs look very skinny. Lol I prefer knee lenght.
@arty_lerry7730 You know what looks good for your body shape. That's great awareness :) Just rock your style with confidence! Look good, feel good mate :)
My vietnamese brother nice fit but u need a new mic
@minhsenestry8904 Thanks homie! That's user error - I'm talking too close to my mic. I appreciate the comment, will be more aware for future videos.
Excellent Content! Keep the Good Work !Thank you so much!
@Gallant666 Thank you for dropping this comment mate. This kind words means a lot.
Hey David I watch two suit influencers on UA-cam besides you. One of them talks more about Italian style suit style and another one about British style. What they both have in common they don’t recommend black shoes for the day activity. British says black is only suitable for after 18:00 activity, Italian one says dark tan shoes are more universal than black, so you better don’t wear them, unless you trying to build a look with your smoking What’s your thoughts on that?
@РоманМальцев-п4е I don't follow any rules around when one should wear certain shoes. I do believe if you're wearing a dark suit, black suits is more suitable. Black suits work with nearly everything. Brown shoes, I will wear with mid to lighter colours
Yes, if it's good quality and fits properly. If done badly ie too baggy with big shoulders you'll look like a 1930s gangster or a 1980s businessman
Nick, I couldn’t agree more! Fit is essential!
Yes, it's worth it!
@CordEldridge Damn Straight! With you there mate!
@iamdavidpham Indeed! I have two. A burgundy and light grey.
Would you wear a sweater or turtleneck with the double breasted?
@NashvilleFrank great question! yes I would wear a crew neck sweater or a turtleneck (cashmere or merino wool) with a double breasted it.
I'm not formal person. But I'd not mix casual items with suit. Like sneakers, jeans, t-shirt. It just looks wrong. That suit jacket as it is doublebreasted, is too formal for such casual items. Rather wear like a safari jacket or any other type of jacket with jeans/sneakers/t-shirt. Why force suit jacket to clash with casual items.
Would love to hear what else you would like to see...? your suggestion is highly appreciated :)
you're so damn right! Capturing the memories! So important! Memories captured for future generations!
@linalbert Thank you! My dream is to hand my kids an archive of memories! So they know how much we loved them and all the wonderful adventures we've done together.
Inspector Gadget, bro. Good recommendations though
@cannonball134 thank you! I completely forgot his name! Appreciate the correction.
well done video! :)
@philippfakler appreciate the kind words. I hope what I shared helps in some way.
That doesn't look good mate
Appreciate the feedback
Not enough style info for men so well done 😊 sir
@lorrainespeirs4544 thank you for the kind words! It means a lot and I appreciate all of it.
Nice video 📸🎉
@Fazayed Thank you so much! I appreciate the comment
Awesome video man! I’ve been using an x100v since 2020. I love it. Could you tell me what recipes you are using in the photos here?? I love the tones.
Thank you @brandonblumhardt - Appreciate the kind words mate. My most used recipes are: Anime recipe (you can find that UA-cam video). Reggie Porta Cuban Negative - check out Osanbilgi on Instagram
Simple and timeless, that's it! I like to say to my self that that's the "Mastroiani" look, like Marcello Mastroiani in "La dolce vita" and "8 1/2" films: dark suit, white shirt, dark tie and black leather shoes. Period. Very classy 60's. Together with the one with the cardigan, my favorite look of the 10 days challenge series.
@m_b9609 I appreciate the lovely moment and the feedback you've given me so far. Your comment and insight is refreshing.
What are your thoughts on the different outfits...? Did it help it you...? Where can I improve to help you further..? let me know your thoughts 😊
This is exactly why I finally made the splurge to buy this camera! I got tired of taking pictures of my family and instantly dreading having to edit them. My grandma loves having photos framed, but she hasn't hung up any current ones because she hates how gray-toned phone photos come out. I can't wait to capture some moments of my family this holiday season and hopefully add to my grandma's photo wall collection!
@J-H0PE congrats on making the splurge! I hope it gives you as much joy as it has given me.
Looking good! And also very manly. Despite this colour is light, once you enter to a room in this suit, everyone would know who is the real boss here!
@РоманМальцев-п4е Thank you! I wouldn't see everyone knows it's the best! I just love a nice beige suit!
You look absolutely gorgeous in this suit! I love it. I'm thinking about getting a herringbone patterned double breasted suit choosing between navy, grey and light beige. What do you think?
@РоманМальцев-п4е Thank you. Im a huge fan of herringbone pattern! Only way to know which colour works best is to try it on and see what calls out to you most! Best of luck with the decision making
I personally like my suits to be loosely cut
@alternateunreleasedshellac505 If that makes you ooze confidences in wearing a suit, more power to you!
Oii buddy!! Which one's better?? Single or Double breasted blazers??
@filmitadka09 Great question. If I only had to pick one, then single breasted because it's more versatile and flexible. If you can have both, then awesome - you got yourself two solid options to switch between. I hope that helps.
Nice. Just to be accurate, that's not a half Windsor. That's a Prince Albert knot, also known as Old Bertie. Keep on!
@m_b9609 How good is this...!! Thank you, I appreciate the clarification! I will use the above for future videos!
Yeah, love to see your Fuji as a travel companion
@williamgoss4691 Thank you. I will do a travel video for this camera :)
Also really good critique of the pro’s & cons, very useful. And its range of filters and its compactness … yeah, I think it’s the camera for me … (Thks). / haha !! I can stop watching Leica videos on the Q, Q2 n Q3; the Fuji is costly enuf, and still pretty hide to find !!
@williamgoss4691 You're welcome. I'm glad my review has helped with your decision! I'm loving it for everyday use
Beautiful images !! Lovely capture of light and family !!
@williamgoss4691 Thank you kindly for the feedback! I hope you get your camera soon
Great looking DB suit, looks good on you. May I just suggest 2 things you perhaps can improve on? 1. The suit videos you record are just in one take right? Perhaps use some jump cuts as now it feels like a good portion of the video is just watching getting dressed up 2. It may be interesting to show multiple ways of style the suit you are talking about, to show how versatile the suit is. It can range from business to casual
@Blackchaosvortex Thank you for the suggestion! The feedback is definitely welcomed on my end.
how's the auto focus
@Obscurainc it's ok... the AI tracking is great but it's not a Sony.
Ditch the Apple Watch. U look clean
@Eliteperfumery Appreciate the comment, definitely need a different watch with this get up!
amazing pictures!
Thank you!
Nice review. Still waiting my X100VI to arrive. Now time to seach all the accessories. Thanks.
@Starflog I hope it arrives soon! The wait is still crazy long for this camera
Merci David...
@dominiquepacini6679 merci for the comment and feedback <3
Don't forget to comment on your red watch which is pretty nice accent to your outfit
@masa1044 Thank you, but the watch doesn't actually suit my get up. Your comment is appreciated :)
More classic ones could be better
thanks for sharing, David! Its looking great! You say its completely SOOC without editing; do you find yourself cropping or straightening photos afterwards or also not at all? I think i can still improve myself on that matter :)
@Nick-lx7mb Firstly, thank you for the kind words. Great question. Everything I shared was SOOC, no cropping, or straightening of any images. So I try and execute that part well in camera to reduce anymore work I need to do. I'm a lazy photographer haha, I want to reduce editing in any shape or form.
What are your thoughts on the casual get up...? What else would you like to see...? would love to hear your feedback
Love the outfit, great suit. Properly dressed down. Love the pocket square. Who makes it?
@gboogie8919 pocket square is from vandafineclothing.com love their stuff
Your setting camera, or your recipe 🥹🙏🏻??
@sah399 Thank you for the comment. My most used recipes are: Anime recipe (you can find that UA-cam video). Reggie Porta Cuban Negative - check out Osanbilgi on Instagram I just shoot on Aperture priority :) I hope that helps
I am curious about your go to recipes, can you please suggest some…
@DurgaPrasad-ks9em Thank you for the comment. My most used recipes are: Anime recipe (you can find that UA-cam video). Reggie Porta Cuban Negative - check out Osanbilgi on Instagram
@@iamdavidpham 2:07, what recepie is this one?
@kaneda8625 That would be - Anime recipe (you can find that UA-cam video).
@@iamdavidpham ah so the Jason Vong one
Very cute family. Keep taking those shots. Kids grown up so quickly. I recently scanned some negs and slides from my 43 yr old son when he was 5 on a boating holiday and with his football. They were shot on Kodak 200 neg and Fuji 100 neg and slide on a Minox 35GT. That little film camera has an amazing lens. Manual focus and aperture priority automatic. The classic set up.
@andrewcrossley2448 Thank you, I appreciate those words. I'm gonna keep on shooting and capturing these moments. It's something they will hopefully treasure when they grow up and want to see their childhood, Minox great camera, a fan fav!
The “I hate editing” is shared by me! It’s why I started only taking photos with my phone. Saving for this camera now!
@johnrobbins4500 Spot on mate! we're alike, shoot, share and enjoy. keep it simple :)
I wonder if his next door neighbor claims about Bamboo leaves falling in his yard.
@jjcastleberry3662 Great question, i live in an area where heaps of other big tree drop leaves in all our yards. Something we all gotta live with in these leafy suburbs.

I recommend Charcoal gray for the younger gentleman. Makes you look more mature.
@richarddr1234 It's a solid staple for any gentlemen :)
congrats bro yt recomended me ur vdeo
@devanshusaini4248 thank you bro. I appreciate the kind words.
@@iamdavidpham ❤
Hi. Nice video. Besides black shoes what other color do you think is appropriate for a charcoal/gray suit. I have a suit of similar color and I wonder if dark brown shoes would be appropriate to compliment it. Thanks
@jca4941 Thank you for the video feed back. It's a great question and one I've experimented with for many years. If the gray/grey suit is more of a mid tone, light tone, then you can get away with wearing brown shoes. And I recommend a dark brown shoe. If it's the charcoal colour/dark grary, like my suit, honestly black shoe is best or a VERY dark brown shoe. I would not recommend rocking a light brown/tan coloured shoe with a dark grey/charcoal suit. If you want to wear the suit in a more casual setting, then white slim line shoes works well (common projects for example) I hope that helps.
@@iamdavidpham Thanks for your reply. Much appreciated. It sure helps!
@jca4941 No problem mate. I'll be releasing more content around suits, fashion and menswear from my perspective. Subscribe if you're interested in more of this content. Thanks mate.
Try the excellent Smallrig hand grip. The NiSi shaped UV filter is also good as you can use the lens cap.
@andrewcrossley2448 thank you for the suggestion above mate. I will add the small rig hand grip to the Wishlist
From David to David, congrats on getting your new camera and nice shots! Waiting on mine to arrive soon! Cheers from Spain
@DavidSab Thank you for the kind words. I hope you receive it soon and enjoy all of the wonders it has to offer. I'm confident it will bring you alot of joy.
Very nice! How wide does each clump grow? I'm looking to put this species in my raised beds but I'm not sure if they will fit full grown.
@TryItJoye Thanks for the comment. Each clump, I space about 1m to 1.2m apart (3.2ft to 3.9ft). Once they're established, they will be firming in the ground and start to grow quite rapid.
@@iamdavidpham Thanks for the help!
