@@sud7321 yes. I want to try the mushrooms for a week and journal if I notice a difference. I drink coffee and I feel like that wakes up my mind so maybe the mushrooms will help as well. B12 I notice helps my nails grow so I need to get a big bottle and all the B supplements.

@gotchabtchh i had stopped taking mushrooms for a month and i need to get back on them. drink coffee to. I agree about the b12. I was taking the liquid b12 and it helped a lot. I need to start taking all of them again. I fell off. They did help a lot

Down load fetch and ibotta. Fetch upload all receipts. Doctor appointment, medication receipts, food, gas only on fetch. Ibotta just food and other items that they show on there for their receipts. Saves you money and have money back.

I use fetch for all my receipts and you can get gift cards. I upload to fetch my doctor visits, gas, food, clothes, dollar tree, whatever I get a receipts for. Ibotta is a little different. ibotta you have to use what they have on there for their receipts. It adds up fast. Gift cards help a lot with buying. Sometimes you might have to pay out of pocket depending what you are aiming for purchasing stuff. Most time the gift cards covers it all.
