Practice makes perfect, right? WRONG. Perfect practice makes perfect, and no one can do everything perfectly, except God. A gym instructor once told me, “Practice makes PROGRESS.” I think that’s a much more realistic way to put it. It also takes off a bit of pressure. No one is perfect, but the more we do something, the more we learn and improve❤️ This can also apply to our walk with Jesus! 2 Peter 1 says that God’s power has given us everything we need to live a godly life through the knowledge of Him. We can be sure to be effective and productive in this knowledge by practicing qualities such as faith, goodness, self-control, perseverance, and love (full verse below)! Sanctification is a lifelong process, so give yourself grace as God has given you. God is faithful and just to forgive His children:) 2 Peter 1:3-9 His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires. For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love. For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. But whoever does not have them is nearsighted and blind, forgetting that they have been cleansed from their past sins. 1 John 1:8-10 If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word is not in us.

quiet borderline personality disorder (quiet BPD) - mood swings, emptiness, anxiety, unstable relationships, social isolation, fear of abandonment, short temper, repressed emotion, more extreme experience of emotions, people pleasing, depression, self blame, too many or too little boundaries, paranoia, weak sense of self autism - bad at reading emotion or non-verbal cues, monotropism (extreme focus on a small number of things), enjoyment of repetitive behavior, preference for routines, blunt, self centered communication tendency, hyper sensitive to touch, hearing, or smell, obsessive interests, stemming (excessive movement) or complete lack of movement, blank face, flat voice, strange walking (not moving arms, wobbly walk, self conscious walking), bad coordination, sensory overload, introverted (drained a lot from the stress of being around other people), obsessed with following rules and schedules I personally identify with these conditions, the first one being something that I think resembles my personality the most, and the second being something I was diagnosed with when I had my depression checked out. I would suggest googling symptoms and looking at youtube for anectdotes on whatever condition best fits your description from the google search. Therapists are not that good at helping you solve problems unless you are good at opening up emotionally. Treating the symptoms is more important than having a name for the symptoms, so what's really important is that you find the symptoms and the root cause, through a therapist or self reflection, figure out if you can make lifestyle changes or if it is bad enough to take medication to fix the problem. Having a friend to talk about mental problems is also really important, since a lot of mental problems comes from loneliness. Hope you get help soon.

These are the words I needed to hear

I don’t mean to scare anyone with this video. I want people to know that they’re not alone and to offer some accountability, because I know I sure need it! Everyone’s teeth are different! My dad never wore his retainers and his teeth haven’t budged! My teeth were already wearing down, which is why I got braces in the first place. My teeth started moving back when I stopped wearing my retainer, which made the problem worse. I know I need some work done, but I am considering getting a second opinion to make sure all of this is necessary. There’s only so much I can afford 😅 I was so anxious when I heard this news, but I’m trusting that God will provide and work everything for good.

My dentist & orthodontist completely ruined my teeth. The first time I had braces I was in middle school & had a growth spurt which made my lower jaw jet forward & they said it couldn’t be fixed without jaw surgery which I did NOT want. Fast forward to 2019 and the dentist I had said he could fix it with rubber bands so I got them on, again. My bite went right back to what it was a week after I got them off EVEN WITH my retainer 😭 They made another retainer that was supposed to push my top teeth forward but they didn’t even make sure it fit right after a filling. I’ve just had to come to terms with it 😭

Bad dental news is hard to deal with. Due to depression starting in my teens I haven't taken the best care of my body and my teeth are suffering the consequences now that I'min my 30s. It sucks to feel like your body is "falling apart" and that fixing the damage may not be affordable or reversible. I'm just saying I know it can be scary, I relate and I hope the best for your situation❤

Ahhh I’m so excited for market season again! I sold 41 items at this years first market last week! Total of $407 since most of them were $5 items. And YES give those higher priced items a chance. I had 2 bunnies in overalls marked at $40 and they didn’t sell for multiple shows and BOTH sold this past one!
