I've heard this before, but I don't get that flavor from the BIB. Which expressions have you tried, and what's your favorite Tennessee Whiskey?

@theliquorconnoisseur that mineral note is there. But I didn't notice it till someone pointed it out. And we'll it use to be heavens door Tennessee straight bourbon and their double barrel. For their bourbon they use two different Tennessee whiskeys and their double barrel has two Tennessee whiskies and a rye in it. But I recently tried uncle nearest and it is by far my forever bourbon. The premium option has a nice peanut note on the finish with the oak.

Those are some stellar picks. Heaven's Door has some rich and complex expressions.

@theliquorconnoisseur their only flaw is you taste all the flavor On the finish. But with uncle nearest you get that flavor from front to back.

Which expression? We're always looking for Armagnacs.

That is the only one we have not tried of their expressions. We just started getting into high proofs/still strengths and will start reviewing them soon! We will have to add this to our collection! Thank you for recommending this!

Tapatio 110 is at Freeman's, Chamucos Diablo is at Modern and George's,Volans SS is at Freeman's as well.Okc has some Good spots to find bottles !

We just picked up Volans. We ordered online the high proofs from Lalo and Yeyo. We are excited to review them and rank them! We have been wanting to try Tapatio. We have heard lots of good things about them.

We love a good Añejo. It is a good way to segue into whiskey or to step into tequila depending on where you are coming from. Does New Dawn have any recipes that incorporate tequila?

@theliquorconnoisseur mezcal is in our future! The Gospel Truth started out as a mezcal cocktail so it's a good one for a mixed party. But if you haven't tried one yet, The Fable is fabulous with a good Blanco The Fable Alcoholic, Drinks Ingredients: 2 oz Blanco tequila 8-10 arugala leaves 1/2 oz vermouth Blanco 1/2 oz lime juice 1/4 oz honey syrup pinch salt 2 dashes celery bitters Directions: Muddle leaves with tequila. Add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake until cold. Strain into glass.

We will definitely have to try that! You all make amazing cocktails, we enjoy your videos! Can't wait for your Mezcal to come out.

Small world indeed! If price isn't an issue Pierre Ferrand Ambre is my go-to cognac. Priced at $50 it's a no-brainer and it's a cut above similar offerings from more well known brands. I like that it's well balanced so it's more approachable. What's your favorite cognac?
