In manual how we get this
Remember not to hold on people!!! Try your hardest not to.
12% incleine speed 3 for 30 min thank you i was doing this for only 10 min expecting results
30 minutes will be easier for u in a week, so u better add time, incline or speed I started with 12% now I’m climbing to 14%
Did it for a while, not sustainable as you get knee and pretty bad neck aches
Thank you for this, Im currently trying to get into the Pentesting part of Cybersecurity and this video has been helpful when deciding what my first job should be
I’m glad you found it helpful! I appreciate your support
Very good video. Thank you, carry on :)
I appreciate it. Thank you for your support!
I was honestly expecting way more… thank you for being honest
I always to be as transparent as possible when it comes to salaries and expectations. I appreciate the support
Loving it my man. Keep it up!
Thanks for the subscribe!
Great thoughts! I am very interested in research! Any recommendations?
I highly recommend emailing your professor of interest and scheduling some time to speak on their projects and opportunities. It shows both initiative and interest, which is all the professors want to see from their students. This is what I did and helped me secure a research role
dude the thumbnail is killer! Keep it up
Thanks man! downloading photoshop has been HUGE for me!
I only can do 3.0 incline and speed 5.0 everyday. More than that, can feel hurting my joint. So far i lost 4-5kg within a month + IF 8 hours eating window (sometime 2 days skip IF).Incline method better than flat. I didnt starv myself and can feel stronger than before. Previously i even couldnt walk 1km due to obersity, but now no more. Sometime i run 5km in low pace. Happier.
15 incline for an hour. I needed help to get back home
CEH isn't going to be that popular now with EC Council losing its credibility and quality. A lot of people are staying away from their certifications.
I will definitely check this out! Thank you
@@bytelyfe007if it can get a deep review on this that would be appreciated!

@@bytelyfe007 Thanks a lot Sir, I really appreciated it 🙏

The linked to them are in the description! I would start out with the CompTIA Security+ certificate
Is doing this one a week good for strength building. I am a beginner at the gym. I'm weak and have little strengh

Cybersecurity is a subset of information security. Also, IMO you missed vCISO which is exploding all over the place.
@@GeorgeBakalovPRO definitely have to check that one out! Thank you

Appreciate your work mate ! Insightful and straight to the Point.
@@ituplays try not to fluff it up too much! I appreciate it
Hope you are able to make the jump to Cyber Security soon. excited to see your journey soon!
Thank you so much! Hoping to make it here soon!
Do you guys jump straight into it or do you ease into it on lower speed & eventually crank it up to 3 mph?
I warm up 5mins with incline of 3 and 3.1 speed Then do 20mins with incline of 10 and 2.7 speed I can’t do 12 yet or 3.0 speed yet but I’m working on it and I assure you, incline of 10 is just as hard😭
And I mean 2.7mph
Song?
hi bro great work looking forward for more i have know recently studying data engineering can you guide me in that can I get your personal contact
I do 4.2 mph @ 15 incline every session. Takes about 14 minutes ish
I do 15-6-30 guys im telling you after the half n hour im fully finished lol
What this method
I have been doing this for 4 weeks and have lost 2 kgs and extramly change on my waist and stomach i am shocked and i love this
Same here really nice one
How many days per week!??
@@PettyIsMyMiddleName 5 days per week minimum 4
I've been doing this for 3 months I've dropped 15kgs since then!
Love this explanation
How many times a week should I be doing this?
Does this hurt lower back ? I have lower back issues x
I have lower back pain too and found the incline actually doesn’t bother it. I just have to make sure to stretch well beforehand
@@sanamtravels ok thank u 😊
gotta keep a straight posture btw, I have lower back pain when I curve myself, keep the chest up
Just started to use the treadmill after a month of muscle training 😂 15 incline at 3.5 speed for 40 mins a day not mentioning my muscle training, let’s see how this turns out😂 💪
I do 15% incline everyday
Wtf is 12-3-30
gay
As someone whos 330 if I cant do 30 whats your recommendation
Great question. I would go as long as you can and then when you feel tired, stop. When you come back the next time, try to go one minute longer than your previous. This will help you build stamina in a safe and controlled way
@@bytelyfe007 thank you
