JAB is a Boxing Club whose journey started in the heart of Mayfair, London. It was created with a mission to build a community empowered by boxing and its training philosophy, JAB brings authentic coaches to the fitness industry, revolutionising the way you train, live, and perform. 2024 brings the next chapter of JAB, opening a 6,500 SqFt flagship gym to the heart of SW1, London.

Founded by George Veness, who grew up in the East End and first walked into a Boxing Club when he was six years old. George won 4 National Titles, boxing as a high level amateur. After his boxing career ended he went into training other fighters, from there he found himself naturally pushing into the fitness industry teaching the sport. It was there where George saw that there was a need for a concept that was simply authentic, with a true passion for the product being delivered.
