This was the last confirmed sighting of Cloud. There was a possible unconfirmed very brief sighting of him in May 2016 but nothing since. How or exactly when he passed will remain a mystery and with his remains never found I kept hoping for 2 years that he would magically appear again since he was known to disappear through winters before I accepted he was gone. It brings me peace that Kris still feels his presence on the mountain in spirit. My heart is joyous that he was able to remain free his whole life and will always be King of the Pryors to me. I have been blessed to own a Draft size twin to Encore and I am reminded of Cloud and Encore every single day when I look at my American Cream Draft mare. Cloud and I both died in 2016, but I was brought back three times.... thank you Kris for this and all you do not just for the heart of the Pryors but all our wild mustangs.

THIS must have been when he was a teenager....he went through a grunge phase for a few months when he was oneish....GOD Bless you, Cloud.....May HE have Mercy on you and all your family!!

Hey Kris, you are letting me comment at last. I support our Australian Brumby advocacy and welfare here which has an entirely different approach involving "lethal weapons" - say no more! Our recent bushfires were devastating and I have just had arrive on my small farm here two orphaned filly foals. As Tedros A G (WHO Director) recently said about humans, and same with these little ones "You cannot care about millions if you do not care about the poor (human) dying in front of you). Gee, I would love to be your chauffeur!!!

Kris, who is the palomino in the center hiding behind bushes alone watching Galaxy and his band in the beginning of the video?

Where is "Cloud's Island" located on the range? I use google earth to try to find all these areas. Took awhile to figure out a lot and with help from your videos to know which water hole is referred to as Mystic and Kruger ponds etc. I figured out much on my own but I have not been able to figure out where Cloud's Island is.
