@@nursemoey thanks, I am just 24 but my hairline starting to recedes, never ko pa na try mag minoxidil d kasi targeted yung main cause ng hairloss more on growing ng hair lng, pra sakin waste of effort lng if may mag grow ng hair e temporary lng. Start ko mag take ng finasteride mamaya, wish me luck.

Hello po Meron po new and old treatments for melasma pero napakaimportante po na magpakonaulta kayo sa dermatologist para mabigyan po kayo ng tamang concentration ng gamot sa melasma nyo. Wag po kayong gagamit ng mga otc products ng hindi nagpapakonsulta sa Dr kasi mas lalo pong lalala

Pwede nyo po sya gamitin after ng shower or before.. pero kung before, make sure to wash it after 1 hour

@@nursemoey Only one that worked for me. I tried, only the Grafen Shampoo at 1st for about a year and didn't see much difference in hair fallout but ceratinly felt more clean and healthier scalp. However once I start using root booster and ampolure - my hair grew back in front of my fore head and other thinning areas in few months. My hairloss is mostly due to scalp inflammation and may be dietary and stress. Didn't take any medication - only fish oil supplement like you and increase protein and iron rich foods and of course reduce stress.

@@carolinemaryfrancis I love you hair care routine. Don't forget to consult with your MD ok, just to see if you're blood is Ok and still within normal. When it comes to scalp inflammation, I can recommend a good shampoo that helps with yeast and it is proven effective as this is the shampoo that we use with our patients with inflammed scalp.
