i used a shrine on my sacred throwing knife. i lost 3000 damage. cool "endgame crafting" these shrines. even the description on the homepage says "to create the most powerful items in all of sanctuary". Ah yes, losing 3k damage is so powerful. and after i used the other 9 charges, it never even got close to the damage my randomly found sacred throwing knife had. shrines feel like complete bullshitt

How do you proc the aoe explosion? Don't you have to hit stuff for it to proc? I'm still new and honestly I can't find very good explanations for late game skills on most classes

But does the attack speed actually give APM(Attacks per minute)? Or does it cap out? I remember in old diablo with modded out character stats you were able to get around 5,000+ attack speed but the visible animation and damage didnt change. (Sorry to necro post)
