Yep, I thought I had a pretty healthy diet, leafy greens, whole grains, beans, veggies, no dairy, no meats, low fat and my body just hurt and would take forever to heal and I kept wondering what the heck is wrong with me. Maybe this is my answer.
People are always asking me how can we do everything? My answer is if you aren't doing the basics already (eating that healthy diet) then I don't think this is your starting point. But for the people like you who are already eating "healthy" this can absolutely be your key to feeling better. Good luck ❤
