I think they should make the g force readings public in a database somewhere. I cant really think of a reason to keep them private if the driver is clearly ok, but I also think it could really help public safety. Think about how helpful a giant database of high def footage and black box data would be for researchers/regular manufacturers? Hell, even just for people to understand how dangerous certain accidents could be. Like these guys survive clipping a wall at 100 MPH/50g cause they are in stock cars with HANS devices and such. Hows your damn stock camry gonna handle that if you drive stupidly? Seriously the number of people ive heard who legitimately think sideswiping a wall/taking the turn a little to hard isn't dangerous cause its not "head on" or "drivers side"...
