The only way you get stuck on the black screen is by not having the personal vehicle storage inside your moc. IT ONLY WORKS WITH THE PERSONAL VEHICLE STORAGE!! You can’t have the vehicle workshop so go on warstock and buy that upgrade inside your moc.

To fix this fill the garage where the mule is with cars. And then drive a car out your nightclub and drive it in the garage where the mule is, you should get an alert that it’s full and you have to replace the vehicles. Choose the mule and the cars should switch garages.
