I feel like Krang would win easily. he has Defeated the Anti-Monitor. Nearly destroyed two Universes of tmnt. Lifts Sky-Scrapers with absolute ease. Has a Laser eye Beams that can Cut destroy Buildings with ease. and many more Cool Abilities. So Krang wins in my opinion.
