Version Update!! V1.3 - 2024-10-08 - Updated the coding so the Encounter Builder works with older versions of Excel (back to Excel 2016). Thanks to @rohanv18 who brought this feedback.

Can you please add character introductions to the recap at the beginning of the video? Or at least add player icons, names, ancestry, class and level to the main screen? It is difficult to know who is who and who is speaking at any given moment. Thank you very much. 🙂

thanks a lot for this, I've run a few oneshots of DC20 for my players but I never put too many enemies in the fight because I'm afraid I might lose track of things. Right now I'm running a 5e game, but once the subclasses are out I'm trying a campaign with thus system and this will help a lot I think

Version Update!! V1.2 - 2024-08-13 - Added a sort button to the Enemy Creatures page. Added all creatures from "The Hunted" adventure campaign. Removed SP and MP from the initiative tracker table and replaced with PD & MD. Further features discussed below will be in the next update. Really nice but i am having problems i can add monsters and players but when i click roll empty initiatives i don't get the info like failure and success and info for the ones we type the roll for just the ones i auto roll

One remark regarding initiative is that the GM may decide which monster acts when. Coach gives the tip to let the enemy that just got targeted to go first. I GM this way, so not sure how to use the excel in that regard. I also like that you track HP in the sheet, perhaps instead of stamina and MP add PD and MD? Monsters don't use stamina or MP, but often have once per turn restrictions (so far).

This is fun and I'd definitely want to try and run it. I will say one of the changes I would make though is maybe not target the PCs. Maybe it's just my table but railroading those kind of injuries would take them out of it. I get why you did at your table and it works for sure as a narrative driver.

I like Ray's new character. I also like how diverse trollskull alley is. With in the book avi and embric being a gay couple and fala being non binary. The representation is cool for players at the table

I feel you gogo about d&d being what you make it. I got in not long after 5e came out in college cause a friend thought it would be fun instead of the normal text based rps we did as a friend group. Pretty sure we didn't play to the rules but we made do and had fun.

2:20:00 I think that you can "take initiative" during any round of combat. So you can disarm an enemy and "take initiative" during the next turn to go first and pick up the weapon.

1:20:59. Poisson lowers the health score (the maximum hit points), but the deaths door spell only removes damage. So going by the rules, I think that he is dead. Poisson is really dangerous in this game.
