About the lady who looks like darth maul, she is the same species as him (Zabrak). The nightsister witches on dathomir I think were only half Zabrak so they didn’t have horns. (Feel free to fact check that) and I don’t think all Zabraks are from dathomir tho.

Along the lines of what was brought up at the end, I saw someone once point out that you can replace every instance of "The Force" with "The Plot" and the lines still work. The Plot is what gives a Jedi their power, use The Plot Luke, etc. It is almost like Star Wars has a major conceit at the heart of all of the stories that the force can make things happen, what things, whatever is needed to advance the story. It is brilliant.

of course this movie was hated because it was called "sexist" by many weird people. No strong male in any role, even the bad guy is a woman, and on top they even made fury into a comedic relief instead of a strong male. Its a great movie, and luckily i didn't mind the mostly all female cast.

If you're going to have a martini remember the two martini rule: Two and done then switch to soda or cola. Seriously, martinis will kick your ass. You don't want to wake up the next morning full of regret. I've seen it before and it's a real thing. Sip, never throw back and 2 and done. Martinis creep up on ya. They're sneaky because they're so smooth. If you throw back 3 or 4 you'll never see it coming.

I don't see why you would start a non-dragonball fan with this movie there are plot elements no one would understand at all without watching the series which takes a massive amount away from the movie.

it took me a while to gather up the courage to watch this show, since the director/writer/creator is a woman I've heard many weird things about, amongst others is that she views the Sith as the good guys...
