Just got back from the dentist for my fillings I have a bad gag reflex to especially after a long period of time.What makes it worse is the smell Of the stuff going in my mouth when I have to breathe with just my nose like the tools and such plus I think of how many mouths touched this before me.I like my dentist but sometimes it’s like once you start gagging its an insult To them

wow! it had only been closed for 3 years and it was already deteriorating pretty quick, broken water pipes and what not. Seems like they might have kept the water on for the sprinkler system.

I'm going to try this because my gag reflex is terrible. My dentist when I was little yelled at me for it and she is the reason why I'm terrified of the dentist. I'm finally going (I'm now 20) and the nerves and anxiety is coming back. Really hope this works for me

there was a Macy's on the south side of the mall i went to see the macy's and than the parking lot had trash all over, rocks, broken glass from the giant window, and there was a broken pillar thing on the parking lot and the macy's red star was in the grass broken

I remember crying at age 12 not being able to do the X-rays. I'm not like a girl who cries easily. I'm a boy who doesn't cry much to pain. Last time I cried to pain was in 5th grade when a friend pushed me on my knees where I got the biggest scrapings on both knees. What helped me is actually taking calm breathes. I swear, this actually works. It's usually just your nerves that trigger your gag reflex. You might feel like you're gonna choke right away. But take in deep breaths. Inhale for a 4 seconds then exhale for 4 seconds. If you can, just start doing this once you get nervous. Whether it's in the seat, in the waiting room, or where I most often get it… in the car when we're about 20 minutes from the dentist. Yeah guys, it's normal not to like the dentist. Nobody says, "Oh my God, people I don't know are going to put things in my mouth that aren't food". Trust me, this is common fearing.

most dangerous area of akron.... rolling acres mall is right on the edge of barberton and akron. As for it being dangerous not even close. Not compared to say well nearly any other part. Try walking down sumner st on in middle of the night (down around south and brown street. The biggest danger for you was getting arrested for breaking and entering and fooling around in a abandoned structure that is half falling down

the last store of Rolling Acres (JC PENNEY OUTLET) is having it's last day of buisness today (12-30-2013) there will be NOTHING left of the mall after today.

the VERY best tip, guaranteed, is, with your LEFT hand, { only left hand }, fold your thumb across the inside of your fist, and squeeze really hard with your 4 remaining fingers ,,,,,,,,there is a pressure point in your left fist, that will take your mind off of the gagging,,,,,trust me,,,,,,,,,,it WORKS, because i WAS a major gagger,,,,

Its been 2 years.. Maybe go back,dont record the floor this time? I was there last Sunday there is a large dip in the parking lot,which had a chair sitting there, it was filled with water even though it hadn't rained for up to a week before. Odd there was no water anywhere else in the parking lot except the dip. Lots of stuff to see in the back,couches all over the parking lot,trash..ppl dump all kinds of stuff.There were even people in the woods.All doors boarded up.

heart wrenching story, my goodnes! I can relate to the fear and anxiety...a God of opposites, I like that! I have done the same...in the good times, I had fear that things would go wrong, but in the bad times I had peace that I NEVER would havd thought possible. Your mom is beautiful!!! 50 years old....no way...she absolutely looks like she's in her 30's!!
