The judge must suggest and outline the remedial actions. Everyone knows that storage of electric and water supplies are in human what about the Bye laws framed with the consent of all owners. The judge punishes the culprit with imprisonment. Is it called inhuman? If the judge does not punish, the culprits will commit such crimes more often. The judge is erred in his judgment. Because of such verdicts, many will not pay the maintenance charges. This will lead to the collapse of the entire apartment culture. Only the lawyers will benefit because of the number of criminal cases and more earning from the maintenance remittances to these lawyers.

The boy or girl is completely oriented toward Law and moulded to that effect during the 5 year period. Presently, the Law Course of study is restricted to regular study in the day college; this restriction has prevented the working class graduated citizens to acquire the knowledge of Law. My opinion is that Evening Colleges of Law may be kept open for working class of graduates for a terminal Course of 2-Yr Bachelor Degree of General Laws and with a facility for those who want to enter into legal profession, 3rd year course may be offered to study in the Day College. The present system of study of legal course is restricted only to a section of community. Law is not a Physical Science & Technological subject of study as BTech/MBBS. 9912076427
