FUXC 2021 Circuit
This is what the circuit will look like. Focus on the motions with proper form and control. Use this video to review.
Body Circuit 1
Remember to focus on TA contraction. Without a proper TA contraction you will compensate.
Pushups should be done in arrow, not T.
Shoulder rotations are not a crunch. The movement is getting the shoulder blades off of the ground.
Ladder Band Routine
Each movement should be completed in a mini squat. We will have multiple people on the ladder at a time, so the demonstration in the video will be different live.
Kettlebell
Hinge and Explode, focusing on firing the glutes to get to the top, this is not a swinging momentum.
Row, Keeping your back flat, drive the elbow up
Halo Walk, keeping your TA contracted focus on balance and stability as you walk, engaging your core.
Curtsy Lunge, stepping back, your glutes to return to center.
RDL, Focus on good form and flat back, go as deep as you can and lift back up squeezing your glutes.
DOT mat and Ankle
The hops should be controlled, if you are not able to consistently return to the center, SLOW DOWN.
SLB with medball will be done for 30s on each side.
Body Circuit 2
Pidgen Lift, focus on squeezing the glute first and then lifting the knee. as you drop your knee, do not left the glute stop firing until after your knee has relaxed on the ground.
Superman, No legs, focusing on activating the scapular and shoulder stabilizers with the low back.
Hip Circles Backwards, Keeping a flat back go through as much range of motion as possible without breaking your form. This movement should be controlled. For quality not quantity of movement.
TA with Toe Tap: stabilize the TA and slowly bring your ankles off the ground, alternating.

    The inferior glide is you just pushing on acromion, no rolling motion of the joint is applied this way. Great job!

    The pull should be vertically as that is the joint line. Bend your elbows and bring your hands toward your Shoulder. With a taut belt lift and lean back and maintain the pull up and also on return, there should be no pain or discomfort during this movement.

      Never did MWM in clinic but isn't suposed to be a sustained accessory mobilisation plus active ROM by the patient? Accessory mobilisation doesn't have to be just traction (ie : vertically in this case ) but could be used like shown in this video as well.
