What a set up ! Thx for sharing

nice setup, but why not play it for real like Jays Audio Lab or OCD HI-FI guy does....or even like they do at the audio shows ?

For the past couple of years, I’ve been sharing tracks from Larry Carlton’s Christmas at My Home album, and this year I went with The Little Drummer Boy from Side B. This album came out in '89, but honestly, it still blows me away with how good the performance and recording are. The crew on this album is just amazing: Larry Carlton on guitar, Terry Trotter on keyboard, Abraham Laboriel on bass, and John Ferraro on drums. And to top it all off, Bernie Grundman did the mastering-yeah, the same guy who mastered Thriller, Purple Rain, and A Night at the Opera. Talk about legendary. Usually, I keep the ribbon tweeter knob on my WHT PR4 speakers around the middle, but today I cranked it up to the max so you could really hear the subtle details of John Ferraro's drumming and hi-hat work. If you’re listening with headphones or earphones, turn the volume up a little-you’ll really get the best out of it. Some folks say the WHT PR4s are a bit weak on the bass, but when you pair them with the Bass Clef subwoofer, they sound super natural and pack a serious punch in the low end. Merry Christmas to you all!

The new turntable works very well, but the previous version was unsurpassably more beautiful ..................

I have recently upgraded my turntable to Tentogra Oscar MKIII, which features a stunning plinth in deep navy blue and upgraded control panel, complemented by dual tonearms- Kuzma Stogi Ref. 313 with a CAR-50 cartridge, and the Graham Phantom equipped with a Lyra Titan cartridge. There have been quite a few upgrades including platter design, multi-belt from single belt, complete controller upgrade with larger LCD screen with various calibration functions, lithium-ion battery is now built into the plinth body as opposed to a separate battery unit in the previous version, upgraded tonearm designs, etc. All in all, I am very pleased with the new Oscar. In addition, the Kuzma tonearm and cartridge have been upgraded to higher models.

갑자기 궁금해서 유튜브에 있는 Stairway to Heaven의 Vinyl Direct Recording을 다 들어보았는데 선생님 시스템의 소리가 가장 좋은 것 같습니다...시작부분의 Acoustic Guitar의 질감과 다이나믹스 표현이 다른 시스템과는 차이가 많이 나는 것 같습니다...턴테이블이 모양만 좋은 것이 아니라 소리도 정말 좋습니다...물론 카트리지와 톤암도 큰 지분이 있겠지요...잘 들었습니다
