Which phrozen unit do you use ?

Indirect(Lab made) porcelain filled composites have been in use for many years, and used for permanent crowns and bridges. Printed porcelain filled resin, why not. Do these printed crowns need Curing ?? Milled Zircon needs sintering, Anyway, dentist usually do not have time for any printing/milling or else, yet, a in practice Dental Tec. or trained assistant can do the printing. but it still needs time to finish the crown..Not fast enough for the pacient to wait arround.

Good information But these three software are for designing the crown and bridges, preparing jaw scans for 3d model making and so on. I do not call these as 3d printing software, but designing softwares for dental restorations, etc for 3d printing. As Medit has modules for designing crown and bridges, and so on. In Blue sky plan one can do implant planning, design surgical guides, design crown and bridge, and so on. And in Meshmixer is not a dental software, but one can manipulate stl scans of upper and lower jaws, edit them, make water tight models ready for printing. For example All the tools which exocad has to design crown and bridges, etc are present in meshmixer, but exocad has used these tools and automated them, so with one click one can define margin of a preparation and so on. And in meshmixer one has to do it manually, and it takes time to learn. There is one other free software which, I should mention is Meshdent, one dental technician has used meshmixer and made plugins for designing models ditcing dies digitally etc. You should try it and get benefitted. But if you have exocad then you do not need it. For those who can spend $10000 to $15000 in equipment can spend $4000 more and can buy software like exocad and save hunreds of$ in time, well they can also use meshmixer, BSP, side by side and benefit more. Cory Glenn has exocad and many other software at his disposal. My 2 cents. May all be happy and at ease Free from dis-ease. 🙏🙂🙏❤️
