I've got a good video on my channel about making a very budget friendly hammer form. I used them on my 40 Merc. You can also check that air hammer bit up in your drill press and give it a nice radius to help form the bead.

The quality of your work is excellent. Second best just isn’t good enough. My grandson is at college part time, doing body and paint. He would love to get into sheet metal. I would like to try and help him out with some tools. Shrinker stretcher. Bead roller and English wheel. Maybe a brake and a slip roll. We have sand bags and hammers and dolly's.
