Va a juntar mas con la escoba que en el contenedor
Todo mal la espátula cuadrada para una olla redonda y cóncava , el vaso medidor mojado cuando el maiz debe estar bien seco
What compressor are you using for it? How big
Do you happen to have plans for how you made this?
I cringe when you are sturing with that metal stir shovel, dosent it scratch your beautiful pot? I've seen others that use a huge wooden stirrer for the job?
How much will it cost for you to build one
do you sell this device 👀👀
Брат это станок банки прессовать в металлолом сдавать ?

Awesome job Jimmy!!! I've been looking for a way to make my own smasher, can't thank you enough! I've got one question for you though...what size (dimensions) is the puck you used, and where did you get it? Thanks brother. 👍
I bought the piece of stainless steel precut on eBay as a” drop “ I forget the size maybe 2-1/2” bit can’t find it anymore I tried to buy another one and couldn’t find it but I would measure your cup you plan to use and just go a little smaller maybe 1/2” or so as for the thickness mine maybe 1-1/4” or so thick but that is a little bit over kill but you might want at least 3/4” thick
@Jimmy-boots Thanks for the quick reply, I really appreciate it. I'll just do some web surfing for the puck I guess. Thanks for the information and suggestions on the dimensions though, you've been a great help. Hope you have a happy, healthy and blessed New Year my friend.
@@Jimmy-boots I'll send you some pics of my finished project when I get it together.
@@kohndog2376 sounds good
Wow any chance you willing to share Supply list my daughter is using a muddler. For her stand and i cant cough up the 600 they want online
Nice looking setup, clean and effective. It’s a year later, you still using this rig or have you made any changes?
Can I use propane for a gas operated popcorn machine?
Where can you buy the burner? That looks a lot more powerful than the one on my Turkey fryer I was going to use. Great video!!!
It’s about the same as my turkey burner I think
I got it off of Amazon WADEO High Pressure Cast-Iron Round Burner Head, Propane Burner Head with 4FT 20 PSI Adjustable High Pressure Propane Regulator with Hose and Brass Fitting
@@Jimmy-bootsdoes it shut off every 20 minutes automatically?
Love the video! Been searching for the head piece but no luck... any help with keywords to search for piece or a link would help. Thanks
Can u list all parts and what you used and where u boat it
Awesome build! What size did the base end up being, looks like 18" x 6', is that about right?
What is the plastic you used?
How much and where did you get the pump
Is the cylinder you used a 250 mm stroke? Thank you.
I believe it was 150mm
@@Jimmy-boots Thanks for the quick reply. Forgot to ask is that 1/4" or 3/8" hose? Thank you.
@@justaskdad 1/4”

MAL Series Aluminum Alloy Mini Pneumaitc Air Cylinder 32mm Bore 25mm Stroke Single Rod Double Acting Air Cylinder with Y Connector and 2Pcs 6mm Pneumatic Quick Fitting a.co/d/cMPKV1X
Here is the link
very nice, i like the way you slowed it down, whats the valve called that slows down the action
Look up pneumatic flow control valve
Im interested to find out how you built it?
Congratulations good job know how much do you spend on it to make it?
Thanks for watching it cost me roughly $40-$50 to build it
Wow, home built, nice. The popcorn looks great
Thank you
Can you make me one?
Wouldn’t it be easier to buy a bag and just stick it in a microwave 😂
Easier yes but not as fun
Проше но не вкусно наверно ,Брат ты потом попкорн в пакете продаешь ?
Imo it's better to build mine rather than constantly replacing the crap they sell these days.
Hello, I love popcorn. It's one of my snacks. All three flavors. I love your video too. From Miami, FL
Thank you so much
Adding the slice to the glass at the end 🤌
I cant understand ,that how did you connect to the gas burner
The burner sits a few degrees niches below the pot and the burner has a rubber gas hose and regulator on it to hook up to a propane tank like a propane grill
Природный газ дешевле же ?на газе попкорн вкуснее электрического ?
I like this good job
Great Job Jimmy! Always good to see a dad involving their kids and teaching them practical things in life!!
Just made a lemonade smasher it’s going to be a 2 part video I just uploaded the first part
Why does a kettle corn pot have to be round and concave at the bottom???? Why can’t you use a cut down 55 gallon stainless steel drum ??? I don’t know that is why I’m asking And the table with 1500 hole in it to rake out hulls and kernels 2,000.00 dollars??? Why can’t you use a wire mess as you did or a stainless steel wire mess they do make them I’m a cheap DYI kinda guy
I have thought about using a turkey fryer to make it as well which has the flat bottom I’m sure it will work as long as you are able to keep stirring all the kernels and they don’t bunch up in the corner of the side As for the sifting table I agree they are a lot of money and I plan to do a video of building mine I have already started planning it out and I ordered a sheet of perforated metal I thought about using the hardware cloth but I was afraid it was going to be like a really aggressive cheese grater and tear up a-lot of the finished popcorn Hope you subscribe to make sure you see the sifting table build
Брат сделай сьемное кольцо из перфорированного листа ,тогда попкорн не будет на землю улетать
@@Jimmy-boots you guys make way too big of a deal about the sides. the husk is burns, not the actual popped starch. and it burns from all the stirring cooling the oil down, prolonging the popping of the kernel. if there is any stirring, shovel downwardto resettle the unpopped kernels. what's will all this stirring? think about it, when you put in your test kernels, they pop quickly. why is that? they pop so fast but then all of a sudden you put in all the kernels and think you have to "warm everything up" and stir like mad, which actually cools everything down and prevents popping.
The packaging of the "flavacol" salt that you use in this video looks particularly different from the original flavacol, I wonder if the taste is different too or is it exactly the same?
I believe it’s the same just the distributor I bought it from has their name on it “New England popcorn and pretzel “
Nice job! That looks great!
Thank you watched a bunch of your video’s while doing my research
@@Jimmy-boots Thank you!
That's a nice looking machine. Where did you get the black part? That looks perfect.
I made it from an old metal tile frame and some metal o already had just welded it all together
@@Jimmy-boots that’s cool man.
