The obstacles I deal with are SLE (Lupus), fibromyalgia, Lyme, (and residual heavy metals) and osteopenia. I’m a 63 yo smoker who is working on smoking cessation. Also noticed this morning I had a higher level of brain alertness. A half cup of coffee had the same effect as the two I usually have; I feel more awake from sleep than I can remember feeling. Thank you.

    can the body get "addicted" to this device? If someone stops using this device for 1-2 months, will they go back to baseline or below baseline? What are the longterm impacts of LivO2?

    • @liveo2tv
      @liveo2tv Місяць тому

      Thank you for your question. Can the body get "addicted" to LiveO2? Not really, the body does not get addicted to the LiveO2 system. The benefits you experience, such as improved energy, recovery, and mental performance, can make you want to continue using it regularly, much like the positive effects you feel from maintaining a regular exercise routine. However, this is not an addiction but rather a natural desire to sustain the improvements in your well-being. What happens if someone stops using the device for 1-2 months? If you stop using LiveO2, you will gradually lose the physical conditioning benefits you have gained. Red blood cells have a lifespan of around 120 days, so you would return to your baseline level of performance within that timeframe. The process is gradual, and the benefits you experienced will taper off over time. However, some anti-inflammatory benefits may last longer depending on individual situations and conditions. What are the long-term benefits of LiveO2? Using LiveO2 can lead to a higher overall level of health. When every cell in your body consumes and utilizes an optimal amount of oxygen, your body's functions improve significantly. Optimal oxygen and blood flow, especially as you age, helps your entire body operate better, reduce the risk of diseases, and allow you to live an overall higher quality of life.

    This is so complicated, and a layperson like myself just cant grasp it! After 10 mins, I lost the will to live! If your trying to bring the average person into using this, then maybe deliver it in a way we can understand. Sorry, I dont want to be disrespectful, but, its like being in a lesson at school you dont understand or like, and you cant absorb or learn anything!!

    I have a much more practical use for my oxygen system. I used to have a hyperbaric oxygen .Now I use live o2. Have for 2 years. I am 59. I have a landscape business where I do landscape and hardscape installation. Well here's the difference. I do almost and in most cases all of the installation For instance. I put out 20 pallets of Sod by myself in a day. I regularly do as much work as 3 or 4 guys and still go to a small gym 4 or 5 time s a week. I do live o2 a couple of times a week. I have no soreness and can keep up with the 20 yr Olds at gym. So yea it works and it replaced the 4 employees I used to have and helps me make twice the money

    Why do we need the reservoir? Why not directly ?

    • @liveo2tv
      @liveo2tv 2 місяці тому

      In short, to save money and efficiency: When you exercise, you can breathe over 100 liters per minute (LPM). To ensure nearly all the air you inhale is near pure oxygen, you would need 10 oxygen concentrators running at 10 LPM each, all daisy-chained together. That's a lot of machines! Instead, we use a reservoir system. This setup lets you fill up a reservoir with oxygen from just one concentrator. The reservoir stores the oxygen so you can get the high flow rate needed during intense exercise. This way, you get a steady supply of pure oxygen without needing multiple machines. Hope this helps explain why we use a reservoir for LiveO2 training!

    I can’t help but wonder if exercise in a hyperbaric chamber would do the same thing : or better

    • @squibm
      @squibm 5 місяців тому

      There are two problems with this. First HBOT chambers are very small. There is no room to exercise. And even if you could find a HBOT chamber large enough to use for exercise... It still. wouldn't work. Remember that oxygen is a vasoconstrictor. LiveO2 uses Reduced oxygen to open the vascular system. This maximizes blood flow at the capillary end. The switch from low to high oxygen air first opens the vascular system with low oxygen air, and then the switch to high blasts oxygen rich plasma creating simultaneous maximum of blood flow an oxygen. This effect isn't possible with breath hold, HBOT or any other technique.

      @@squibm Ty so much for taking the time to respond. One last final question. I mean no disrespect just that I’m a skeptic by nature but where can a person find any proof or studies about how ewot or contrast ewot dissolves more than the standard 3% of oxygen in plasma. The hyperbaric community of course says ewot and also contrast ewot only helps saturate the hemaglobin and that only pressure will dissolve more o2 in plasma. Where can I find difinitive proof either way. Also does just regular ewot diffuse more oxygen in plasma also or is it just contrast ewot that adds more oxygen to plasma. Thank you again for your time

      I'm glad to hear you are finding success with oxygen training! If you were able to try our Adaptive Contrast system, you'd experience a significant difference immediately. With Adaptive Contrast, you can maintain a hypoxic, low oxygen state for minutes, rather than just seconds with breath-holding. This extended duration allows for lower desaturation levels, more protocol options, and releases more oxygen into your blood plasma per interval, approximately 6 times more. Over time, it can even help increase your red blood cell count due to the hypoxic exposure increasing overall energy levels. It's important to note that there's a spectrum of approaches to oxygen training. While breath-holding can help a bit beyond regular EWOT, it also carries some obvious risks. On the other hand, Adaptive Contrast has been proven to be highly effective in increasing blood plasma oxygen levels, comparable to hardshell HBOT, providing a safer and more efficient training experience. If you have any questions or would like to learn more, please feel free to ask!

      For a healthy brain, the cognitive boost you get from extra oxygen won't last long, usually fading after a few hours. But, if you're facing a brain condition that's even slightly limiting blood flow-think concussions or any health problem-the additional oxygen can be a game-changer in your healing process. This could lead to noticeable, long-term enhancements in your brain's performance after just a few sessions.

      PEMF was not used in this experiment. The surface charge on Red Blood Cells increased from only LiveO2 training. This is likely a result improved energy production body wide.
