    People die for lies all the time. It's pretty common. Actually one of the few reasons people kill themselves. Plus it's one of the only ways to truly keep the secret of a lie is if the liar dies. Not a great argument. Just stick to faith. Why do you need any other reasons? It's not like explaining the death of Jesus helps explain all the other supernatural stuff in the Bible. Seems a bit futile to focus on proving 1 in 10,000 unbelievable claims. If you actually believe you wouldn't need to justify it.

    That is actually what fully convinced me that Jesus was the true God.. I was standing in line at Walmart,, and Time magazine, had an article with the 100 most influential people of all time.. Then it hit me like a 2×4 in the face,, the entire world, including most every other religion, agrees that Jesus was born, lived, and was crucified.. The resurrection and the fact that Jesus is Christ is where believers and non-believers differ. But if the Bible was accurate up to that point, why would it deviate after that fact..

    That’s how it’s supposed to be. Interactive as well. Not preach and no input. Talking TOGETHER, not talked AT. Room for interaction, correction (yes, preachers make mistakes and overlook important insights other have to ADD), which makes room for the Holy Spirit. And not giving everyone the bum’s rush out the door. Stay with it while the Spirit is moving. Door to door and house to house was EACH OTHER’S house, not strangers. Everyone got a chance to speak up. Real church, not religiosity.

      Not quite.... instructions for corporate worship, & how saints ought to conduct themselves, are found in the pages of Holy Scriptures....one thing that is clear is that in all of the Churches, leadership is male....women learn in silence, in full submission. They're not permitted to speak (preach, teach, prophesy, speak (out) in tongues, & interpret, give word of knowledge/wisdom...).

    Nah, I'm a Christian but this is a miss. There's lots of atheists who do not value humans or at least do not value them more than other animals. Nihilism in atheism is definitely a thing. What they value is their own life and tend to respect values and morals that are based on self preservation and self value. That behavior extends to others because pure selfishness is not sustainable. That isn't too say there isn't other holes in their logic but valueing life and self are not it. True of basically any animal.

    If there is a god he is not almighty, and if he is ALMIGHTY, HE DOES NOT CARE. So again i dont care if im called a fool🤣🤣🤣you as a Christian just devalue anyone who doesn't believe your god exists🤣🤣besides most yall who are Christians are just pedos, and i have proof of it. I had a friend who came to me crying after her uncle touched her. That morning they even went to church right after it happened, she was crying in church aswell but no one bothered asking her if she's alright.. That 100% broke all my faith in this FAKE GOD...

    I’ve seen cows worth millions of dollars each… and I’ve seen religious people take human lives just because they have different beliefs…

  • @KCooper-i7
    @KCooper-i7 2 місяці тому

    As an atheist, here's my response: We built the society on help, communication and trading. That's why to each other we are more valuable than a cow. Cows can't do that just as they can't help us with many of our social and psychological needs. Also, being honest that's a bad theist argument. I would be convinced more if it was pointing at how in atheist model everyone only cares about themselves and viewing others as tools to use, even if benefits all of people.

    • @Jvgga
      @Jvgga 2 місяці тому

      Atheists built what society exactly though? The entire west as we know it has flourished for hundreds of years- was built on Christian doctrine and influence at its core. The idea of human life being valuable comes from theists. If you don’t believe in God you cannot tell someone that you know they’re wrong with 100% certainty about any awful value that they may hold. This is because morality in atheism is by definition subjective. And we as individuals all know deep down, (because we are made in the image of God), that there is an objective right and wrong. Moral and immoral. Just and unjust. That is because we were created that way. Everything cannot come from nothingness. There has to be something infinite outside of time and space and that something is God. And He cares for you deeply. I urge you to humbly come before Him in prayer and may Jesus Christ reveal Himself to you. Best of luck to you brother

    • @KCooper-i7
      @KCooper-i7 2 місяці тому

      @Jvgga I'm not sure how it "flourished" if it was highly religious but at the same time highly cruel. We wouldn't imagine our world to be fracture of evil things were. Even if we compare the Old Testament and the New Testament, in the Old one there's crazy amount of genocide, punishment from God and overall cruelty. Why? Religiousness of people hasn't changed. That's because there's something other than religion: culture, medicine, politics, resources, science overall I agree with you that religion is great as it gives people strong absolutist moral in opposite to atheist relative moral. But at the same time same fanatism made people do evil things in the name of God - burning someone alive, killing homosexuals and free thinkers, scientists, torturing people, making someone Christian by force deleting someone's culture. Because back then Bible was interpreted in ways to fit their culture. And now it is interpreted in favor of our culture. So I would argue that Christian moral is absolutist. If two Christians from 1300 and 2000 were asked about many things like gays, dealing with atheists and violence, they would get different answers. Still I believe that indeed religion changed people for the better that time. If they did things like that with belief in God than I can't imagine the barbaric ways of living before these ideas. Best of luck to you too!

    There can be no value to humans if we’re just random occurrences born in a cosmos of random occurrences. The mind of an atheist is inherently oxymoronic, and could be dangerous when they realise that life, in their minds, has no meaning; and take it into their own hands.
