Cupping is extremely helpful in the process of trying to alieviate muscle tissue issues, however be aware of side effects or issue migrating.

I do it yeah with twist with 'hands touching the knees' like the left hand to the right leg and vice versa, is that right, too? and How to call that ?
Works well but bowl is really shallow.
