Deplacement should be around 4t, not 4,5t, ballast should be 1600- 1800kg, not 1t, so SA/D should be ~40%, masttop should be around 12m above waterline including VHF-antenna, not 13,50m, Pheon is probably not the builder of the boat if it is from 1977, as they started building this type in the 1980ies, the earlier boats are made in Canada.

Een lekkere snelle, en zeewaardige boot zonder stahoogte en veel comfort. Bouwmateriaal hout, dus veel onderhoud omdat de romp en dek niet uit massieve delen bestaat maar uit multiply hechthoutenpanelen waarvan de verlijming van de lamellen onderling soms te wensen overlaat. Als je het goed bijhoudt heb je er een supersportief schip aan; Henk Jukkema zeilde met dit type boot de Single Handed Transatlantic.
