It’s best in the summer when the ASU out of state kids are back home and the rest of the students go to California for their summer trips, otherwise it’s usually a pretty busy spot unless you do it on a Sunday-Tuesday night. But yeah it is a fun idea.

I live in Tucson and yes, Mt. Lemmon and the Cookie Cabin are the best. We just got a little snow up there and the valley dwellers are rushing up to have a play day. Seriously, the mountain is phenomenal.

Oh wow how weird, it feels strange to have my little home town be shown on a UA-cam video, because it’s pretty small and insignificant. Cool though. I miss it sometimes but glad to be out of there overall

You know, nobody really realizes it but walks are a fantastic calorie burning exercise, especially hikes, if they go up a mountain or anything besides flat ground. I’m not gonna nerd out because I could easily write an essay, but walking burns the same or more calories than jogging.

What about guy walks? Leaving the guys who follow you out😅

I do the same thing with my eggs, my sister once tried to tell me it was bad but couldn't fully explain why so I never stopped. I have never had any issues. Also, I do not live near Arizona (I am in Washington State), however the way you run your business and how you get out into your community has inspired me to exploring my own local area and finding those hidden gems I can share with people <3. But if I am ever in the Arizona area I am definitely going to try and get to one of your events.

You might look into one of those recovery places for the cold plunge. There's one I've gone to a few times called Revi Therapy and Wellness (it's at 99th Ave & Union Hills so not near you tho I'm sure there's a bunch like this in Scottsdale) he has cold plunge, infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression boots, and has a hyperbaric oxygen chamber. I'm a big hell no on the cold plunge 😂 but I looooove the sauna and red light therapy.
