The reason why I'm uploading old strategies, like this one is because there are no new strats in the finals rn. Mainly what contributes to new strategies being made are gadgets, hope they bring new gadgets in season 5.

November 2024. Season 4. Mines - no longer feel like mines, RPGs - no longer feel like RPGs, grenade launchers - no longer feel like grenade launchers. MGL... well ... I have a skin with triangulations on it, and I did a lot of kills from it, but after the "explosion damage reversal" ... C4... It's just a joke that occurs in one of the 40-60 H players I've met. Lights that can easily make a dash through your explosive and gas mine, and not die? Yes, it's easy. I can say more - now they can run over two gas mines, and they will have almost nothing; but - having overcome these mines - light can also climb into a counterattack. No, I also played for the lights today; I died almost instantly once, and in the list of damage received there were 74 RPG damage points, and more than 130-140 from an alternative attack (one attack) of an enemy light. Such a smart balance has been achieved in almost a year of the game's existence in the public domain, except for two closed beta tests. Looking at everything that happens in the game, it's even hard to believe that this game has had at least one beta test, or more than one season. Easy dodges from the flamethrower /Charge'N'SLAM /KS-23/Sledgehammer with the help of dash, instant and complete stop of movement after the taser (and almost inevitable death afterwards), kills with one-down taps from a sawn-off shotgun, and of course - nerfed shields. Add to this moronism the fact that there are two types of weapons that have endless rounds, and two detecting/glittering grenades, and what do we get?... That's right - regular conversations that "Lights need a buff", "Three mediums are an invincible meta", and other nonsense of finally gone players playing purely for one class, and not taking into account the wishes of other players. Sorry for thinking out loud like that.

Everyone knows this strat. And it killed the game for me. Really stupid balancing

Embark changing explosive mines ruined the playability of that item. I finally got into the point where I no longer carry it.. rip

NOTE: The clips in the video were taken in season 3. Now in season 4 you can only carry one explosive mine at a time but you can still place 2 of them. Also they decreased the damage from 140 to 120 which means the total damage now is 240 and it won't one shot a medium anymore. The reason why I still uploaded this video is that I thought this strategy was super cool and it still works THESE WERE THE CHANGES TO EXPLOSIVE MINES THIS SEASON: Explosive Mine Decreased max damage from 140 to 120 Decreased cooldown from 30s to 15s Decreased ammo count from 2 to 1 (max mines deployed remains at 2)
