"It's okay to kill fish because fish have no feelings" - Nirvana But it was in fact already dead. These are people who don't fish who speak with such ignorance. I caught a Redfish & had it in a cooler for 2 hours & when I fileted it, it did the same thing. IT WAS DEAD!!!

I am not gonna insult you fellers cause to each his own. Having said that, I cannot see why folks kill any snakes. Snakes have their place in the ecosystem and to needlessly kill a snake just because there is a chance that the snake could bite you is like saying you will never go outside cause lightning may strike you dead. More than likely it ain't gonna happen. Same with snakes. Give em a chance and they will vamoose before you can believe it happened. My two cents for what it's worth.

....and toward anyone that thinks the killing of any random rattler they SEE will do ANYTHING AT ALL towards preventing them, anyone else, or their dog from getting a snake bite. And train your damn dogs to stay clear of snakes!!! I can train any dog in an afternoon and they'll never have an issue. Over 90% of bites come to those that are attempting to catch, kill, or otherwise harass these creatures. So we have some pretty basic rules when it comes to rattlers... Wear your leggings, stay alert, and if you see one leave it be and it'll go about it's business of keeping the rodents from taking over. The video above does not really show a pointless kill cause they ate it and used it's hide like a true hunter always will. I'm more directing this at some of the idiot comments I see here.

A lot of people are starting to "get it" now. Folks that kill a rattlesnake just to kill a rattlesnake are becoming far fewer than years past. God did not put rattlesnakes on this earth to lay in wait to bite someone and he sure did not put them here so we would have something to kill on sight. A little education and caution as you move through their territory, and you'll never have a problem. I've hunted around them my whole life and never seen or heard of a bite on our 2000 acre lease.

The only time they attack is when they feel threatened...when he's trying to get away and some dude tries to bash his head in with a shovel might be a good time to attack.

@DTREV0602 The best advice I can offer is ride in them both.. I've owned both and prefer the Skout for multiple reasons. Both are well built boats.

The penguins were the best part.

@AlexTG Fish don't have a developed enough nervous system to feel pain. It wouldn't make a difference.
