APPARENTLY... · Everyone hated the track conditions in Losail, the asphalt was quite untouched except for the dust · One of Biaggi's mechanics was supposedly caught trying to clean his starting spot the night before the race · Minutes later, Rossi's mechanics responded by bringing out a moped scooter and burning rubber on VR46's starting spot · Both got severe "time penalties" to their qualifying times, which meant they'd start last and 2nd-to-last · Rossi couldn't deal trying to make the comeback, Biaggi did as well as he could, Honda-Gresini got his 1st and only 1-2 in MotoGp history and Ruben Xaus got his only podium in MotoGp
